Arugula
	Highly desirable green with distinctive, peppery and nutty flavor. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Basil
	Classic basil taste intensified. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Bulls Blood Beets
	Earthy flavor reminiscent of a beet. Bright red stems are very attractive. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Celery
	More intense than stem celery. Available in 2 oz and 4 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Cilantro
	Strong cilantro flavor. Available in 2 oz and 4 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray. Grown to order.
Cress
	Peppery flavor for an attractive, bright green garnish. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Garnet Amaranth
	Most striking micro green. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Onion
	Bright flavor of onion with a great crunch. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Purple Kohlrabi
	Earthy flavor similar to spinach. Coloring adds visual interest. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Radish
	Bold radish flavor. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Red Cabbage
	Purple leaves with strong cabbage flavor. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Red Giant Mustard
	Zesty oriental mustard with touches of red for color. Available in 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz clamshells or live in the growing tray.
Red Russian Kale

Tatsoi

Asian Mix
	Tossed blend of Kohlrabi, Red Giant Mustard and Tatsoi. Available in 8 oz clamshells.
Mediterranean Mix
	Beautiful and spicy tossed blend of Arugula, Cabbage and Beet Greens. Available in 8 oz clamshells.
Mirepoix Mix
	Blend of Carrots, Onions and Celery micro greens. Available in 8 oz clamshells.
Rainbow Mix
	Mix typically includes: Arugula, Tatsoi, Purple Kohlrabi, Red Cabbage, Bulls Blood Beet Greens and Red Giant Mustard. Available in 8 oz clamshells.
