Ingredients:
12 organic cherry tomatoes, cored and seeded
12 slices duck prosciutto
1 oz micro greens
1T white truffle oil
Directions:
1. Take a small amount of the micro greens and wrap in the prosciutto.
2. Take the bundle and place in the cleaned tomato so the greens look like a small bouquet of flowers.
3. Drizzle a small amount of the truffle oil over the stuffed tomatoes and serve.
